How Do You Crack Your Back?

I have had football 2adays and my back is VERY tight and sore and it seems like it needs to be cracked. How do i crack it? Also some back stretches?

  1. Young man, it is not a good idea to do this so don't try any bizarre answers. Talk to a chiropractor or a sport's trainer. You can slip a disk or damage a vertebrae. Try a heating pad for now that will loosen your muscles.


  2. My husband cracks my back by putting me in the "hug" position, then he makes a fist on my back.  On the count of "3!" he pulls up & towards him.

    Sometimes I stand on my husband's back a little to make it crack.

    I know these probably aren't very safe so the best bet would be to make a chiropractor appt.  It doesn't cost much & my husband always comes back feeling SO MUCH better.

  4. Go to a chiro. You don't want to s***w anything up back there. Have a professional do it. If all else fails do that Simpsons thing.  

  5. lay on the floor on your back. put your feet flat on the floor so that your knees are bent. move your knees from one side to the other and try to touch the floor with your knee/leg while keeping your knees as stacked as you can. keep your shoulders down on the floor as much as possible. be careful trying to crack your back- it can be painful. it sounds odd but just lying on the floor (carpeted of course) with your knees bent or not can feel really good.  if you really want to crack your back sit or stand and rotate your upper body while keeping your hips still/in the same place
