I hit it with an extreme eastern grip and throw the ball over my head. This will give you tons of spin and the ball should drop a few feet at the last second while kicking up really high. Good Luck.

What Baseball said is partly right.

Eastern Grip Is good because you have the snap for power and the spin position as well.

But what he missed out was how to execute this serve and were to throw the ball.

You have to throw the ball to your left if your a right hander or the the right if your a left hander.

You also have to pull your feet together and jump up towards the ball and brush up the top of the ball with your racket just like you do with a topspin forehand.

But this serve takes time to master and once you have mastered it you can use this for your second serve and you can hit your second serve alot harder.
