Ways to increase hearts:

1. Give them sandwiches (they have likes / dislikes).

2. Talk to them.

3. Pet Pharaoh (once a day).

4. DUEL them (about 1/6 of a heart per duel).

You need all eight 8 hearts (in just one character) to have them as a partner by the end of Part 1.

Hint: Get four hearts on Syrus, Zane, and Alexis and talk to them to get the items they have for you and give them all at the same time to Blair to unlock her as a partner.

Hint: The Golden Egg Sandwich raises the heart of the person you give it to to the next full heart level (3 hearts to 4 hearts OR 5 1/2 to 6 hearts, etc.) Only one Golden Egg Sandwich will show up per day and only up to one heart can be gained per character per day. Golden Egg Sandwich is the fastest way to gets hearts for a partner and the First one also unlocks a booster pack.

Partner will ask you to be partners after 8 hearts are filled and the calendar reaches August 1. After that, Part 2 begins.
