I have Tyrouge And People Say That If Your Attack And Defense Stat Is The Same Tyrouge Evolves Into Himpmontop Soo I Gave Them Some Food That Made My Tyrouges Attack 18 And It's defense 18 And When I Leveled It Up It Was 19 And 19 But He Didn't Evolve =S What Can I Do ?

it is true it that the attack and defense stat has to be the same when you level it up. tyrogue evolves at level 20 so thats when you should be looking for it to evolve.
