  1. well after obtaining one gym badge.. Go to any pokecenter.. Go right and down the stairs and the lady will give you the pal pad. Pal paad is useless if you have nintendo WFC


  2. go to the pokemon center and go to the lower level of it and theyll giv u a pal pad
