How Do You Get Yellowing Off Your Car?

I have a bra on my car, and i wanted to remove it, but there are unsightly yellow spots, perhaps due to pollen & water trapped by the bra. I tried turtle wax all-in-one type of car cleaner, but It didn't work. Any suggestions?

rubbing compound,try this lightly rubbing so as not to take of paint.

This happens all the time!
