How Do You Get Your Picture Like This one...?

What do you do to get the comment in it ?

All she did was take a screen shot of that specific comment and put it into the picture caption and it shows up like that.  You can download a free screen capture at http://www.wisdom-soft.com/sh/sh_free.ht... it's called Screenhunter 5.0 and you can take screen shots of whatever you want pretty much.  In order for her to put that comment into the picture caption she had to upload onto a site that allows you to put up pictures... examples: tinypic.com and photobucket.com allow you to do this !!
