  1. it's saying not to think so much about your mistakes and all the bad stuff in life, but to take pride in what you've experienced, learned, and did.

    in my life there have been a lot of sad experiences, but i dont dwell so much into that because i've come to appreciate life and take what good i can from that negative.. well as well as everything else. what good is holding onto shame when it does nothing but hold you back from really living y'know? well that's how i interpret it.
