How Do You Make A DVD?

Hi, I need to make a DVD for school project, and I am trying to figure out which programs can make a complete DVD (Menus, Extras, Scenes, etc.). can anyone help?

There is a product called Pinnacle Studio 12 that my friend used to create a project like that.  However, it can be pricey.  If you want to use a free program you can use Windows Movie Maker which comes on PCs under Accessories/Entertainment in the start menu.  Although, that program cannot do extras and scenes and such.  It will only make a video suitable for Youtube.  I have searched google many different ways to find a program for what you need that is cheap or free.  Sorry, I had no luck in my results.  I hope what I gave you previously helps.

I like working with DVDStyler, which is freeware.

It allows you to make menus, submenus, backgrounds... the works, and yet has a very simple and intuitive interface.
