What is it called and what program do you use to make this type of font?Can I use WordPerfect to make this kind of font?If so,can you tell me how?

Go to Microsoft Word. Type your word then right click on the "menu bar"  then click "Drawing" on the drop down lists. that should give you the "Drawing bar". Go on the "Drawing bar" and click "Insert Word Art". ( it's a big A colored in blue) window of many style will appear, choose your style you want and you got it. let me know if you need more help cuz I am willing to help you. The menu bar is the one that has the options, File, Edit and so on. make a right click after help on the menu bar. then the drop down will appear then you select drawing.

You go to Microsoft word, and make sure that your drawing toolbar(if it is on there should  be a bar on the bottom of the screen)  if it isnt there is a button that has a square and an A on  at the top bar, it press that, than at the bottom of screen you should she a blue A, click on it and you should see the one that you want!! hope that helped
