How Do You Make It Work?!?

There's this site that let's you watch pokemon episodes for free and I get to this episode and it ain't working. It shows this empty box with a red X in it. Can someone please help? I have flash so that can't be the problem.

It looks like it's working for me. The most likely cause is that your browser is missing a plugin required to play the video. I would double check to make sure that you have all of the following:
