You can buy concealer with undertones (yellow,green) which will lighten it up and maybe get a shade lighter (foundation/powder) and a good blush maybe a little lighter than rose or rose could work also then get one of those eyeshadow colors it's light with a shimmer tint and use a blush brush and apply on bone structure near the blush (if you watch the show on TLC "What Not To Wear" they always do that it gives you a glow type of effect.) try a light foundation and light makeup. use a white or light brown eyeshadow and if you want ur eyes to appear bigger, use a white eyeliner for the bottom inner rims of your eyes. for ur lips...soft beige, bronze or rose lip gloss. and for the cheeks use either a rose or light beige blush.
