  1. The basic dipping sauce is soy, vinegar, sesame oil, scallions, and cilantro.

You can spice it up with minced garlic and chilli paste or chilli oil. Also using various grades of soy and different rice/ rice wine vinegars will give you a brand new flavor each time!

  2. Prep Time: 5 minutes

    Ingredients:

    4 tablespoons soy sauce

    1 teaspoon sesame oil

1 tablespoon Chinese red rice vinegar

    2 teaspoons ginger, minced

2 teaspoons fresh cilantro leaves, chopped, or chopped green onion

    Preparation:

Combine all the ingredients. For best results, prepare ahead of time to allow the flavors to blend. Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator until ready to use. (Use within 3 to 4 days). Serve with potstickers.
