How Do You Pitch A Curveball....?

How do you pitch a curve ball in fast pitch (softball)?

Go to youtube and type in Paul Reddick. He is the guy with the pirate hat. He has about 100 videos all about pitching. It's good stuff.

put your middle and index fingers on the seams on the ball and when you go to throw the ball, right before you release it turn your wrist
