how do you put a graphic type thing above the subscribe button on youtube when you watch a video like on this video

you see how she has the subscribe picture under the advertisment??

The option to make a banner is only available for those who are Youtube partners.  These are Youtube users who are being paid by Youtube to make videos.  Before, you could have a custom logo if you were a Director or Guru, but now I believe the option is only available for Partners.
