  5. Worse than it used to be for many, many reasons.

Immigration has its benefits & its faults but would not be needed if the lazy people living here worked & the beenfit system was changed. Everything costs too much, people cant be bothered to do anything, no-one has enough time, public services are poor, polititians are way out of touch, service levels & customer focus has disappeared, the young seem thick etc etc.

Major decline over the last 10 years.

  6. With my brain......

or did you mean "what do you think....?" ; )

Interesting choice of initials...NF?? Bit unfortunate, unless you like being associated with the National Front! (which obviously, I doubt you do!!)

  7. It's beautiful, however i do think we are slowly becoming a small america.

We can always hope the damage is reversible.

  8. Ummmmmm!!!!!! Your avatar has a name of N F. What do you think of England. I personally love it. I think it is a great country. Yes there are things that need sorting out. But that said it is not a bad place to live.

  9. bloody great

great best history, best music, best humour, great character, best literature

some of its flaws I love too

today not so great... but today nowhere is really

  10. I come from New Zealand and have lived in England for about three years. Compared to New Zealand I really dislike it. Its dirty, cramped, expensive and cold. I have made many good friends and their are nice people, but saying that their are many rude and intimidating youths. The country seems to be going downhill quickly. Even the lovely old country villages are  starting to become much larger and more residential, leading to more crime and traffic.

I really miss NZ, it seems a much more health and friendly country, their is much more space, its heaps cheaper with much nicer houses in addition to having much warmer weather all year round (at least where I lived in Auckland, which has a sub-tropical climate, so much more mild winters). People seems to be generally happier and are, for the most part, a lot more active in their lifestyles, with many more outdoor activities possible. Not only that but it is truly beautiful in many ways, from Geography, to plant-life and architecture. Basically I love New Zealand and I'm starting to get sick of dull, grey England. I'm leaving as soon as I finish 6th and 7th form.

  11. Well, I like to remember it for its quaint seaside villages, thatched roofed cottages, fields of rape seed and bluebells etc....sadly, I will also remember it for the huge amount of immigrants, crime, high prices and violence....thats why i moved to Cyprus......

  12. Was ok until all the immigrants started to move here and now the poor british citizens are footing the bill to pay for them to live a life where everything is free.

  13. it really depends, half of england is very very bad, there's a lot of crime in some places, particularly the cities, then there's the villages that are beautiful, i'm a fan of the weather its ok i'd rather it be rainy but sometimes sunny than boiling hot

  14. Seeing as I live in England I love it. The weather can be unpredictable but that's not a good enough reason to dislike it. Even though when its raining with high winds I do say 'I HATE ENGLAND!!' lol, I dont mean it. The shops are brilliant too! I love shopping so thats great. And the people are lovely - most of them.

  15. It's my home.  It's where I was born and (apart from a Welsh and Scottish hiccup or two) where my English ancestors have lived since at least the 1500's (I did have a couple of French hiccups in the 1500's).

I've travelled around the World 4 times, worked and holidayed in most of Europe, Australasia, South Africa and the Middle and Far East.

In spite of grumbles, our long, dark and cold Winters and both native and incomers who try to spoil it for everyone else, I wouldn't live full time anywhere else.

There is a solution for people who don't like England - to go and find somewhere they do like; there is plenty of choice.

  16. I hate it I plan to leave soon. The people are rude and sarcastic, people have a bad attitude towards Europe, it's expensive, dirty and not a very nice place to live. I have no pride in this country whatsoever. It had potential a few years back but it's just going down and down.

  17. big disapointment going down hill

  18. i live here and i think its absolutly S**t to many imegrants and its to expensive and boring and allways raining

  19. England, for all thy faults I love thee still!

  20. I think of it as the best place ever.

  21. I love England even though it is riddled with problems. Right now, the weather's aweful - right in the middle of a thunder storm LOL. BUT, things will get better.

  22. I like England as a country as there are some really nice places for all different people to do, depending on preference.

The only thing I don't like I the group of arrogant people that only like you if you are British but I don't know one country that don't have people like that.
