How Do You Unlock House Plans in the Sims 2: Pets?

right now im living in a studio in the game. i want to unlock at least a one bedroom layout home. please tell me how to do this! i really want a bigger house.

i think you need to get your pet a better job.  

next time could you post what system the game is for because there are six different sims 2: pets games
