How Do You Unlock Weapons in campaign mode on Somom: Us Navy seals Fireteam Bravo 2 (FTB2)? For PSP ?

I just got a new PSP and i took the memory stick from the old one with all of my data on it. The memory stick had my data from Socom and i had already beat he game and unlocked all of the weapons. But now when i go into campaign mode there are only 6 weapons to choose from and i cannot purchase air strikes or Supply drops either. What is going on?
