How Do You Work A 110CC Dirtbike Clutch?

i have a 110cc bike and one day i tried to start it up.

[my first time riding] i held the clutch down the i let it go then i put the gear up nd the bike went completely up and did a wheelie and knocked me off.

i tried to cut the engine off but it did not work and it did a 360 donut and the clutch came off. oh yeah where can i get a new one how much you think it will cost?

the clutch wire is still on i just need the handle bar piece...

  1. one thing you always hold the clutch lever down when putting it in gear. never let go and put it in gear when you are setting still.  always pull the clutch for every shift it will save the life of your transmission. you can get a new one at any atv dealer or parts supplier.  also check out Dennis kirk online for one will be much cheaper about $12.


  2. growing up we had to learn to change tyres on bicycles first.

    think about it a bit more.

    if you do not even know how it works then you should not even try to ride it.

    have the bike without the motor running put it in gear and try to push it.

    then pull the clutch in and try again.

    after this then start it, pull the clutch in and then put it in gear.

    after that slowly let the clutch out, and remember that.

    clutch levers are at motorcycle dealers, take the old one with you so you get one that fits.
