How Do You Write A Good CV?

I've been asked by a casting company to prepare a CV in order to be considered for a role in some Disney production. The thing is, I don't know what to put on the CV! I dont have any previous acting experience and as a teen, what do you think i should put on the cv?

How do you structure a cv?

What details should i put on it?

are there any online templates?

if you go onto the stage online it tells yu, shows you and gives you templates of good CV

i just did a google search and got a ton of templates

have you taken any classes before? dance lessons, singing lessons, anything like that can go on it.
