  1. my brother has this problem and he just cant put on weight. that probably means you have a really really good metabolism.

but you could try eating more food with more calories

i think lots of people wished they were like you

  2. I'm naturally thin and I hate it when people imply you don't eat or have an eating disorder.  I had to see a dietician and after seeing her 6 times she basically said it was because I didn't have many fat cells.

You can try eating alot of protein and carbs and weight training but I think it's just in your gene pool.  Sorry hon x

  3. To gain weight, you obviously need to take in more calories than you burn. There are several healthy foods you should add to your diet that add healthy fat and calories:

    - nuts and peanut butter

    -avocado

    -lean meat (chicken, fish, etc)

    -bananas (highest calorie fruit)

-dried fruits (raisins, cranberries, apricots, etc.)

    -whole milk

    -yogurts/cottage cheese with higher milkfats

    -oils (especially olive oil)

    -ice cream

If you find it hard to eat more, it may be easier to drink your calories. They sell Boost and Ensure Plus drinks at most supermarkets. Each 8floz bottle has about 350 calories, and plenty of nutrients, plus they come in yummy flavors! If you drink 2 of these a day in addition to regular meals/snacks, you will gain healthy weight fairly quickly.

    Good luck!

  4. Try to reach 20 at least. Eat high calorie food and sleep for long time

  5. Eat 14 pies a day.

  6. eat more then wat u exercisee,, So basically dont exercise and eat loads, But if your one of them lucky people who have fast metabolisms and dont ever put on weight, then in the future your bad eating will eventually catch up with you.    But just eat loads and dont do no exercise, Be lazy!

  7. Eat more frequently, let say every 3 hours.

You can eat apples or bananas if you already had your meals just to maintain glucose level.

Eat more carbohydrate, like potato and rice.

  8. eat MORE

  9. A good supper every night should help as you burn up very few calories in your sleep.

Plenty of fattening nuts should also help.

  10. protein powder shakes or ensure.  Wait a sec.  I think Larissa wants you to lose weight.  You want to gain weight right?

  11. eat fatty foods before you go to bed. such as potato chips and rubbish food and drink .

  12. I wouldn't worry, you probably have a high metabolism... So as long as you are eating healthily you shouldn't worry too much.
