How Do i get my second account on WoW to have Burning Crusades?

On the WoW FAQ page it says that if i buy one copy of WoW BC then i do not have to buy another copy for all of my accounts, how do I gwet this to work, currentlyb the second account does not have BC features

Sorry, but you misunderstood the FAQ answer.  You have to upgrade each copy of WoW to Burning Crusade separately with a different upgrade key.  You can get upgrade keys by purchasing retail copies of Burning Crusade, or by doing the direct online upgrade at http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/account/b... .

From the FAQ:

"How many copies of the expansion are needed for players with multiple accounts?

You need one copy of the expansion for every World of Warcraft account that you wish to upgrade."
