How Do you Change your (STB) router settings for xbox360?

Hey.. im only 14 so dont go all technicle on me lol.. Im currently with Broadband. And we Use the set top box conected to the tv, To get our internet for the computer using and ethernet cable.. And i connected the cable straight from The ntl set top box. To the xbox 360.. And it passed the first 3 test's.. but it's stuck on one were i need to change the settings of my router. (Witch i think is My set top box) in order to connect to Xbox live.. now, im aware that u cant change the settings like aney other normal component on your computer. But i dont wuite understand how to change the settings, and how to acess The place where i can do so.. It's alll very confusing hehe :).. So if someone could give me a step by step process, as simple as possible. Then i would be very Greatfull.. Thank's =D

its your router! that happened to me when i got my xbox 2 years ago. go onto www.xbox.com/router to see witch router will work with broadband. if you have a noncapatible router you will eighter fail the test that your failing or the NAT test so get the right router. dont worry i was getting really frustrated when that happened to me
