How Do you call from CANADA to PORTUGAL with Calling Card or Without?

Question

I've been doing what the girl says on the calling card,, I dialed the number, and then she tells me to put in my PIN and then she tells me to dial the number followed by the pound Key, i did that and it says it didnt go through.. so then i tried dialing 011 + 351 + (the number).. and it says it didnt go through or w/e... I'm gettin really fustrated and upset, my bf went to Portugal for the month till May25, and I really really wanna call him,. Like i called directly from my cellphone and i got through no problem the other day, but now I tried it, and it wont work now :(..

Please if u guys know what i did wrong when typing w/e please let me know..

why don't you just use voice.yahoo.com?? use also can use a web-cam and see him!

Dial 011 +351 + city code + local number.

you did everything right.

the issue is calling card that you were using.

the service provider they had for calling portugal wasnt that good and thats why you werent able to make a call.

you might want to try using calling cards from http://www.masterdial.net

they have great quality and cards with calls to Portugal starting at 1.4 cents per minute
