How Does One Delete A Program, from WindowsXP That will not Delete?

Whenever I try to uninstall it, a Box pops up and says you will need to go to Add/Remove and uninstall to remove it, but when I do the Program is not listed there to delete. It is however listed under my Programs, but it says the samething//

Try using a free program called CCleaner. It has its own Add/Remove feature. This may or may not work.

do it thru safe mode..

if you dont know how..

turn off your computer and press F8 till a black screen comes up and theres a bunch of things in WHITE letters..use the arrows on your key Board to go up to SAFE MODE WITH NETWORKING then press enter.

after that you computer will start up..and a box will come up letting you know that your computer is in safe mode ..click ok..or enter..which ever then Uninstall your program!
