How Does One Get Below Normal Weight (Skinny) Fast?

And still eat? This is just a question and for all you know, not necessarily for me to try. I don't need a long answer about how unhealthy it is.

  1.   It is not smart to lose weight too fast.  If it is too quick you could end up with a lot of loose skin.  The best way to lose weight is to eat smart.  Quit eating red meat like beef, no milk or ice cream and no white flour products (use whole grain breads)  Eat seafood, chicken, turkey and lots of veggies.  A lot of people with weight problems feel that they cannot afford good foods.  In your pastas use ground turkey.


  2. lots of cardio.walk 5 miles a day.....and 800 calories a day...drink lots of water

  3. See a doctor.
