im 15 and want to start running on a regukar basis.i am a girli went out for a run the other day and ran 5 or 6 milesi wasnt tired, it took me about an hour.im quite fit anyway but i just quit my hockey club and want to get back in shapeso, how often should igo, i was think once ir twice a weekhow far should i runhow long should it takehow quickly should i build up and what tothanks!!! xx. xD
