How FAR should i RUN ?!?

im 15 and want to start running on a regukar basis.

i am a girl

i went out for a run the other day and ran 5 or 6 miles

i wasnt tired, it took me about an hour.

im quite fit anyway but i just quit my hockey club and want to get back in shape

so, how often should igo, i was think once ir twice a week

how far should i run

how long should it take

how quickly should i build up and what to

  2. just rujn 3-4 times a week for 5-6 miles.

  4. Don't worry about the distance, just keep going until you get exhausted. I've run for two and a half hours and got tierd and then walked the rest of the way home. You sound like you are in decent shape and you should concentrate on your body more than the distance.
