How Fast Does it Take For A Bird's Bone to Heal?

Question

I've had three experiences with birds with broken wings, I don't keep them inside, I put them outside so they will calm down. But usally after a day, the bird is gone.

So, I don't need an explanation for this really, I'm just asking, How fast to bird's bones heal. I've looked on Wiki, nothing. Maybe one of you is a doc.

IM NOT TALKING ABOUT DOMESTIC BIRDS, IM TALKING ABOUT BIRDS LIKE SEAGULLS, ROBINS, ETC.

Well, there's good news and bad news.  The good news is that the birds' bones heal quickly.  The bad news is that, if they're not set properly, they can easily heal in the wrong position.  If one of your pet birds has a broken bone, it'd be best to take it to a vet ASAP.
