How Fast should a 13 year old pitcher be throwing ?

i pitch a 68-70ish is that good or is that bad

it depends, is the ball going over the plate? The distance of the mound will change so your velocity will change, but you need to make sure you can throw strikes. It's better to throw 95 mph strikes then throw 100 and not know where the ball is going. 70 is approximately 88 i think in the majors.

Is that your change up speed?  other wise whoo maybe you should look in to see if your team needs a team manager!!

ITs fine but at your age dont push the throwing.  The best thing at your age is to not throw too much.  What would be best at your age is some relief pitching here and there and then once you hit mid-high school you should really get into throwing and I'm sure you would find you are throwing at the speed of everyone else except that you can go longer into your career.  It's your choice but trust me at your age 70 is plenty fast
