Game Week 17 of the French top flight ended with all its flair. LOSC Lille returned to winning ways in style, Olympique Lyonnais were held to a stalemate by AS Nancy Lorraine

“Lyon were handicapped by injuries and suspension. We had a day's extra rest. It was the evening when we could have beaten them.”
In the other game between LOSC Lille and http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/France-c2899 emerged victorious. Scoring two goals against a dangerous Toulouse side is never an easy task but Rudi Garcia’s side did that with ease
and they deserve credit for their efforts.
Coach, Rudi Garcia is pleased to shake of their recent poor form and getting back to winning ways has pleased the coach to great extent. The boss is pleased with the way Les Dogues played on the pitch and has praised his side’s attitude and determination
to get back to winning ways.       
The 48-year-old tactician, talking to reporters after the match, said that their aim was to win the game, and is pleased with the commanding performance Lille put out there.
"In our hearts we wanted to get back to winning ways and kick off a run. I was pleased with the manner of the win.”
Meanwhile, Toulouse coach, Alain Casanova feels that his side had the chance to get back in the game but they didn’t try much. It wasn’t a good performance from Les Pitchouns and the 51-year-old is not pleased with his team’s attitude.
The boss feels that Toulouse had the ability to get back in the game after conceding the first goal but they failed to do so. Lille took full advantage of the situation and were rewarded for their hard work in the end. Casanova admitted that Toulouse are
on a bad run and the need is quickly turn things around if club’s objectives are to be achieved.
Week 17 was as entertaining as it was predicted and with Lyon failing to register a win and Lille getting back to winning ways, things are getting interesting in the Ligue 1.
