How Hard is it to get accepeted to the University of Wisconsin Madison?

Question

I am an older student. I am hispanic. I have 3 children. We are moving to Madison and I have applied. My GPA is 3.5. ACT is only a 22. I just want to know because I am going through a custody battle and would like to know my chances. If I get into UW Madison, I will have a high chance of getting the OK to move. Also, I have recommendations from my former employer whom was a graduate of UW and donates money there and is an heir to the largest privately owned recruitment advertising firm. I also have 3 more recommendations. Please help. I have previous college credit and am currently attending UIC. (Univ of IL at Chicago). Thanks for your help.

i have a good friend that goes there. he wad about a.... 3.1 or 3.2 GPA, 24 ACT score....he's jewish, and applied right out of highschool.
