How Has My Eating Been?

I started school, so it is a bit harder to stick to my eating routine, I normally have to eat out for lunch.

Breakfast:

1 yogurt

3 scrambled eggs ( 1 yolk total)

1 peach

Calories:257

Lunch- 1 package of unsalted cashews

1 eggwhite flatbread sandwich from Dunkin Donuts

Calories:410

  1. It seems good to me..

    I think the easiest diet would be the BODY FOR LIFE diet.

    you have a health meal every two hours ( it should be the size of your fist) and work out 30  minutes a day - I lost weight in days with out to much effort. no hunger pains.

    you should look in to it..

    well it depends on what school you go to..

    I go to college so it really doesn't matter.

    I eat when I get hungry... and  I lose weight.


  2. your ssupposed to have at least 2,000 calories a day. but you did excellent i say :] great job. just make sure to not go tooo much under or too much over.

  3. Thats not enough calories for a 60 lb    8 year old. Really now , you need to eat dinner, and add vegetables and meat.

  4. Pretty good but, I would watch out on the nuts, they are high in fat.
