How High Is The Eiffel Tower Observatory?

Question

I know how tall the Eiffel Tower is, but I don't know how high the highest observatory is on it. The top of the roof is 986 feet, but obviously that's not the location of the observatory. Does anyone know? I can't seem to find anything about it.

I didn't know there was an observatory.  Radio antenna, yes, and a restaurant, and an apartment, but an observatory?  Observation tower...that would be where the tourists go to look at the view.
