degree and M.A in journalism is basic qualification for this field. in india people give more importance to politics, expect politics in all events. so develop your general knowledge in this field for entering.

You should be doing journalism course and intensive training in speaking with good accent and be daring to travel and collect news and speak boldly in front of many people surrounding you. I dont think there is any specific course for that.
