    Do things with interest and you will definitely remember.

    Give time to yourself, spend some time alone and think what you want to do, what you want to become, How to go about it.

    And lastly do meditation.

    sit straight,close your eyes and imagine a candle or any object and try to think of that only.

    In beginning you may face distractive feelings/thoughts, but slowly you will gain concentration and memory power.

    And don't forget to take a healthy diet.

  6. Brain is like any other muscle of the body. If you want to make it strong, keep it busy and exceirsiced well. Brian takes most of the Oxygen and energy you consume.. so a good diet helps (may not exactly be fish!). A healthy breakfast is essential. Keep solving puzzles and keep it fit. A simple reading would do. Also ensure, you get enough relaxation mentally. Of course, I heard that "Saraswathi Lehya" is a good ayurvedic medicine. But that's not the only thing. Our memory depends upon the brain exercises we do daily and the balanced quantity of foods-nutrients-minerals and water etc. Do meditation and Yoga specifically Anuloma-Vilom, Bhramry and Udgeeth. You should take Amla Ras. Also Sarswati Avleha is given to improve the memory. Hope this'll help you in total.
