How I create a division on a C corporation?

I have C corporation in Nevada but I have a DBA in California how do I add this DBA as a division of the corporation, and off course I will register the Corporation in California

Have the corporation buy the DBA and maintain it as an investment. The DBA may have to be incorporated, but not necessarily.
