They way you have asked it shows that you have not filed any of IT return so far.

If your income is above 1,10,000/- for last year or above 1,50,000 for this year then approach a I T lawyer of your city.

ITR-1 is for you if: You have not applied for any house loan and if you have no income from such sources.

ITR-2 is for you if: You have applied for any house loan or if you have some income from such sources.
