Question:

How I know I had a "Lucid Dream" ?

Well, I've read somewhere that Lucid Dreaming is being aware inside the dream and control it, but I actually dream with some catastrophes, (it scares me a lot) and tries to kill me, and I can manage to run in the dream and to "survive" but I really can't control it like creating whatever I want. And I can't even control myself, like I look like a camera in my dream, that was in first person, but I couldn't control myself...

Anyways

I had a Lucid dream ?

  2. Dreaming of catastrophes usually means a big change is coming. Something life changing. The last time I dreamt like that i found out I was pregnant with twins. Maybe some extremely good is going to happen to you sometime this year, or sometime in the near future.

  3. I've had a lucid dream several times, there was this one dream where i was being chased by this weirdo dude, and then i relaized that it was a dream. I asked the guy nearby if it was a dream and he said "lol, what are you talking about." Then i had to keep running. :)

    i also had a dream not too long ago, where i was actually able to run away from these soldiers that were trying to capture me. it was the first dream that i was able to run and get out of there, and not be frozen like in my other dreams.

With a truly lucid dream you will be able to make the changes that you want to within the dream while you are dreaming.  I've only had a few and it is tricky to have the awareness while dreaming that you can be in control.  It sounds like you are going through something big in your life right now, either externally or internally/emotionally.  Take a look at what's going on in your life or coming up.  Sometimes I start having bad dreams when I'm stress about upcoming things.  Good luck!
