  1. yeah, like the first person stated - do p***s pull-ups with a towel.  For a real challenge, wet the towel and lift it with the erect p***s.  For augmentation to the exercise, wear a c0ckring while doing it also.


  2. at night sleep naked and play with your p***s, that takes a long time. But their are more painful ways get ur p***s erect and put a 5 pound weight ang keep it on for 10 minutes.or when u r in the shower grab the head or ur p***s when not erect and stretch in every direction do it for 3 weeks. it will make it longer and stronger

  3. Every night get erect and place a tea towel on your p***s and lift the towel by controlling your p***s up and down, you can also get willy wieghts.
