How I may obtain my password ?

I put a password like administrator for my computer , I did't work for some d ays and forgot the password , now I cannot open my computer ! Hi's asking me for the password !

the best way to recover your administrator password on your pc is to restart in safe mode (keep F8 pressed at startup) and log in as administartor (default administartor user that only shows at safe mode startup with  usually no password needed). then you go to control panel and reset the password on your normal admin account. restart in normal mode  and your done!
