How I missed baby shopping?

I forgot how much fun baby shopping was. I splurged on suckeys, nipples, sippy cups, a few gender-neutral diaper shirts and sleepers, and I bought (well, Lay Away'd) a brand new car seat. I can't wait to have more money to buy more stuff.

What should be next on the list?

Well if this is your first I wouldn't buy anything else until you have your shower...if you're not having a shower...I would get a bassinet and or crib...bedding set...mattress...sheets...blankets...dia... about things you're going to need in the beginning...depending when you're due the greatest thing I had for my newborn was a cover for her car seat in the winter that zipped up around my baby...it's so easy to use and it keeps the child warm so you don't have to use extra blankets and jackets...I am drawing a blank as to what it's called...

crib and play pen.. and maybe a swing or changing table..
