How Is Cancun Mexico For a FAMILY!!!!!??

Im going to cancun in august. And i saw the attractions and the surroundings it was all nightclubs and clubs and stuff like that. Where is a good place were i can take my family like me, my son is 14 my other son is 6 and nephew is 17. i saw pictures from the streets and it was dirty. We LoVE florida is cancun like florida?? were looking for a places like amusment parks, waterparks, malls, shows. were staying at royal sands resort.

Firstly, I'm not sure where you saw pictures of the streets in Cancun being dirty, although I have to admit parts of Downtown Cancun aren't the cleanest places, but the Hotel Zone where the Tourists stay is Clean and they go out of their way to keep it that way, as Tourism is their biggest product.

The beaches etc are like Florida, nice white sand beaches with Coconut trees and a lovely blue coloured Caribbean Sea.... that however is where the similarity ends, apart from the place being full of americans, it's actually like a part of the USA.

There are plenty of tours and attractions in Cancun that cater for families, from Swim with the Dolphins programs to Eco parks at Xcaret & Xel-ha. Also Wet'n'Wild water park, Captain Hook Pirate ships, Senor Frogs even do Parties for kids. You'll find an on site Tour Operator in the Royal Sands right next door to the British Honourary Consulate, so they should be able to point you in the right direction.

Take them to Xcaret. They will have a great time.

Take a ferry over to Isla Mujeres. Rent a golf cart, swim with the dolphins, go to Norte Beach.

Cancun is not dirty. Yes, there are many clubs and bars but there is also the beautiful white sand beaches. Your sons and nephews are going to have a blast.
