  1. The other guy is right, the formula is

    (6)(CO2) carbon dioxide + (6)(H2O) Water ------> (C6H12O6) glucose and (6)(O2) Oxygen

    so six carbons from the carbon dioxide combine with water to make glucose, which has six carbon in it, and oxygen.


  2. CO2 + H2O--->C6H12O6+ 6O2

    Carbon is C, it is in carbon dioxide  reactant and in glucose a product of photosynthesis

There are 2 halves to photosynthesis - the light reactions that capture the energy of sunlight in a usable chemical form (ATP and NADH) form and the dark reactions that use these to make glucose. Glucose is an organic molecule (it has a Carbon chain). CO2 provides the carbon to make the glucose. What level of complexity do you need to answer this question? If you need more depth let me know.
