How Long Do Think It Will Take TO Fix My BMX?

I have to send my Eastern ShovelHead back to Winstanleys BMX. This is becuase my chian kept on slipping. But how long do you think it would take them to fix something like this.

Well as the only solution I can think of to that problem would involve loosening two nuts, moving the wheel backwards and tightening them again, I'd say thirty seconds.
