How Long Should A Jacket Be??

Im wonderin about gettin this jacket for my trip to Peru in a couple of days. But im not sure if its too short. The sleeves are the perfect length. But idk about the bottom where the zipper is. How long is normal??

i would say it should at least touch the top of you pants.

Since it's a zip-up jacket, I'd say it should at least be long enough to reach the tops of your pants - that way, it'll block out the cold more effectively.
