How Long Should You Hold on to Your Pay Stubs For---?

Yea, hold on to them FOREVER- because...... as Soon as you Dump them............ You will Need Them. They Cant take up THAT MUCH SPACE? Lol

Since IRS can do an audit on the last three years' of tax returns, it's recommended that you keep your W-2s handy for the past three years.  If you have your W-2s, you don't necessarily need the pay stubs.  But, they could serve as a backup for tax purposes.  After all, you can always look at your husband's old pay stubs years later and reminisce about the good (hopefully not bad) 'ol days!
