  1. YOu could stay in the Dominican Republic as long as you like. You are an American, right, well...

  2. If you're a citizen of both the US and the Dominican Republic then you may stay in either country for as long as you wish without restriction.

One thing to keep in mind is that if you ever have kids, and your partner is not a US citizen, then in order for you to be able to pass your US citizenship to your offspring, you will need to meet both of the following requirements:

    1) You lived at least 5 years in the United States before the child's birth

    2) At least 2 of these 5 years in the United States were after your 14th birthday.

As for your parent, he/she should not stay outside of the US for periods of more than 12 months. He/She can, but he/she must have a re-entry permit, which he/she should apply for before leaving the US. The permit is applied for using USCIS form I-131 - see http://www.uscis.gov/i-131 for details.

  3. If you are a citizen of the DR you may stay forever if you wish.  Your parent that has residency in the US must meet the residency obligations in order to keep their status.

  4. if you still have your Dominican citizenship? you may stay as long as you want, but? you are a minor,so? would your parents allow you to go there?

since you are already an US citizen? you may travel as you wish, that is with your parent's agreement.........or with your parents......
