  1. With any two magnets there are two positive and two negative poles.  Now, two like poles oppose and two unlike poles attract.  Put the magnets in a transparent tube with the poles in the correct orientation and you will have one magnet hanging in mid-air above the other.  That's how it works as the 'levitation' is simply the dislike that two identical poles of extremely powerful electro-magnets have for each other.  With the 'track' formed of a series of individual magnets that will turn on and off depending on the location of the train along the rail you could literally pull the train using the same magnets that lift it.  Big worry would be power loss.

  3. A series of electromagnets pushes the train along the track.  The magnets are turned on in succession.  It is like taking two opposing magnets and pushing one of them using the opposite polarity.  That's as simple as I could explain it.

    use the same poles as it causes repulsion between one another... so the train can levitate with very little resistance... saves energy too

  6. It works like an electric motor. Rotor portion is driving wheel .Stator portion is split and spread to become track ,Continuity of stator is achieved by joining a wire from starting point to end point. It has very fast speed 5000 KM/Hr. All skill is required to control the speed for safety .

Electromagnets on the rails and on the bottom of the train send electromagnetic force of opposite poles toward each other so that the trains levitate above the track.  This allows them to travel with much less friction--by levitating, they only have the friction of the air.  Magnets on the train are also used for forward propulsion.
