How Many Allowances Can I Claim?

Question

I am single. One Job. Payed every two weeks. Claimed by parents. In California. Hourly $9/ 35 hours weekly

Any more info needed just ask.

Claim single/zero allowances as long as your parents are claiming you - otherwise you'll end up with a major tax bill at the end of the year.

I suggest that you read the W-4 the front and the back for no will know the answer to you question because no one knows your tax situation better than you.  Fill out the form as directed and on line five you will place your answer
