Batter can be stored in a covered container in the refrigerator for several weeks, allowing you to make just a few at a time.

3 c. wheatena

1 c. boiling water

½ c. cooking oil

1 ½ c. sugar

2 eggs, beaten

2 ½ c. sifted flour

2 ½ tsp. soda

  1. check the labels for all the foods you used. e.g. one egg that we use has 70 calories so 2 eggs would have 140. similarly  you see the labels for all your ingredients and then determine the calories of all of them separately. add all the calories for all the ingredients and divide the total calories by the total number of muffins to get calories for one muffin.

cooking oil, buttermilk, eggs are probably the ingredients that have fat. add the total amount of fat in all ingredients. look for fat on the labels. then divide by the number of muffins to get fat for one muffin.

  2. not sure.. but heres a tip.. if you go to a common restaurant you can find the calorie, fat, carb, and protien content... just txt the restaurant and food to diet1 (34381) its easy to do on ur cell
